Rules:
I. Make a Christmas banner that is at least 2 feet long
II. Banner has to be made with product(s) from the Scrapbook Clearance outlet.
III. Banners can be any color and any style as long as it’s Christmas.
IV. Banners must be turned in by December 15, 2011
